Putting a cork in carbon emissions

The 2008 Climate Change and Wine Conference, held in Barcelona, provided a forum for winemakers, politicians and scientists to discuss what climate change means for growing, drinking and investing in wine.

The news was not all doom and gloom. Most participants looked at how to cope with - and even take advantage of - changes in the world’s climate over the next 50 years.
