Mark Butler is the newly-appointed chairman of HLB Ireland, the Irish arm of HLB International, a global network of independent accounting firms in 130 countries. Butler is managing partner of Dublin-based accountancy firm HLB Sheehan Quinn. It provides audit, assurance, taxation and advisory services to owner-managed businesses.
