DublinTown barney ahead of the big vote

A row is brewing between DublinTown, a not-for-profit organisation charged with creating a welcoming and economically viable city environment, and the Restaurants Association of Ireland (RAI).

The RAI is mobilising its members to vote to abolish DublinTown next month, when more than 2,500 shop owners, traders, publicans, hoteliers and other businesses will exercise the right to decide on the matter.
