Leisha Daly is country director of Janssen, the pharmaceutical subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. Daly oversees 660 staff in two production facilities in Cork and a commercial office in Dublin. Janssen began operating in Ireland in 1981, and Daly joined the company 16 years ago. She has been in her current role for seven years, and has been president of the Irish Pharmaceutical Healthcare Association since September 2014.
