Irish law set for post-Brexit British invasion

British law firms have gone beyond mere contingency planning

Law Society figures show 94 solicitors from Britain have taken out practising certificates in Ireland since the Brexit referendum.

It is considerably fewer than the tsunami of 810 lawyers from England and Wales added to the roll of solicitors in 2016, a preliminary step towards practising here.
