French fund Infravia acquires Carechoice group in €60m deal
Nursing and retirement home group was purchased by Emerald Capital Partners in 2014
French investment fund Infravia has acquired the Carechoice retirement and nursing home group from Emerald Capital Partners, in a dealunderstood to be worth around €60 million.
Emerald, a private equity company headed by financier Alan McIntosh, bought the company for €28 million in 2014.
