French fund in talks to buy care group

A French fund has entered exclusive talks to acquire the Carechoice retirement and nursing home group from Emerald Capital Partners for over €60 million.

Emerald, a private equity company headed by financier Alan McIntosh, bought the company for €38 million at the end of 2014.
