Eimear Caslin is general manager of GlaxoSmithKline’s pharmaceuticals business in Ireland. The healthcare company employs 1,700 people at locations in Dublin, Cork, Waterford and Sligo.

It makes over-the-counter and consumer products including Panadol, Voltarol, Sensodyne and Corsodyl, as well as vaccines and ingredients for medicines used to treat diseases and conditions ranging from cancer and depression to diabetes, HIV and arthritis.
