Ardagh chairman Paul Coulson said he has no plans to sell down part of his stake in the glass packaging company which listed on the New York stock market last week.

Speaking to The Sunday Business Post Coulson also said he won’t be stepping back from his role now that Ardagh has floated and that he is “absolutely committed” to the company that he has controlled for two decades.
