What Cairn Homes’ results tell us about winners and losers in Irish property

Cairn Homes, the publicly quoted home builder, posted a healthy set of results this morning. Revenues were up to €40.9 million from €3.7 million in 2015, it has started building and selling houses (around 20 per week, according to the company), and is turning a profit.
