Ryanair is introducing a new “bonus scheme” for pilots in a desperate attempt to retain pilots and convince existing ones to work additional days.

Ryanair is cancelling an average of 48 flights daily across Europe - including between four and six flights into and out of Dublin airport - to deal with its pilot crisis.
