Ballymaloe set to spread the word of its latest mayonnaise

Ballymaloe Foods is looking forward to 2019 with relish as it plans to launch a new product: mayonnaise. The Cork-based company was founded in 1990 by Yasmin Hyde using her mother Myrtle Allen’s relish recipe.
