Aryzta plans 25 per cent pay rise for new executives

Aryzta, the under pressure Irish-Swiss food company, is proposing a pay increase of more than 25 per cent for its top management team.

The company is seeking approval from shareholders at its annual general meeting next month that its executive managers should be paid a maximum of just over €18 million (21 million Swiss francs) between them in its next financial year.
