Speculation is rising that three Irish restaurants could be awarded new Michelin stars when the 2024 guide is released tomorrow.

Industry sources have highlighted Homestead Cottage in Co Clare, the Bishop’s Buttery in Co Tipperary and D’Olier Street in Dublin as likely recipients of new stars.
