Government prepared to introduce business supports before budget

The government is prepared to bring in supports for business in advance of this year’s budget, according to Michael McGrath, the finance minister.

Speaking on RTÉ Radio 1 this morning, McGrath confirmed that the government was prepared to increase financial support to business following a report by Simon Coveney, the enterprise minister, relating to energy and labour costs earlier this month.
