More jobs at Abtran as CCI deal values firm at €90m

Company employs more than 2,000 people in Cork and Dublin

Irish private equity fund Carlyle Cardinal Ireland (CCI) acquired a controlling stake in Abtran last week in an investment which values the business process management services firm at about €90 million.

The investment is the largest to date by the active equity investment fund, which is backed by the Nasdaq-listed Carlyle Group and Irish-owned Cardinal Capital Group.
