Shares in Newry-based FD Technologies plunge on revised guidance
Company trading over 30 per cent lower as it expresses disappointment over expected annual recurring revenue growth
Shares in FD Technologies, the Newry-headquartered company, have plunged by over 30 per cent in trading after the firm lowered its full-year forecast.
Founded as First Derivatives by the late Brian Conlon in 1996, London-listed FD, which is now led by Seamus Keating, employs about 2,500 people across three separate divisions: Kx, First Derivatives and MRP.
