Former Waystone execs back Wrky in oversubscribed €2m fundraise

DataOp, which was founded by Derek Delaney, Glen McGee and Paul Cahill, has invested close to €20m in start-ups over recent months

Wrky, a cloud-based fintech company, has raised €2 million in an oversubscribed funding round led by DataOp, the venture capital firm founded by three former Waystone executives.

The latest investment brings to almost €20 million the amount DataOp has invested in Irish start-ups in recent months.
