Ryanair traffic figures for June show an increase of 11 per cent compared with the same month last year, with the airline carrying 10.6 million passengers during the month.

The load factor, a measure of how full its planes were, rose by one point to 94 per cent. for the year to June, passenger numbers were 16 per cent ahead at 109.6 million.
