Knight Frank, the Dublin estate agents, is bringing two city investment properties to the market, including one unit that houses Scoop, a popular ice cream shop in the affluent suburb of Ranelagh.

The agent is guiding €320,000 for 22B Sandford Road, a shop unit situated on the southern side of Ranelagh village in Dublin 6. This represents an initial yield of 7.17 per cent.
