Another week, another property survey, this time from Real Estate Alliance, which conducted a national survey on Ireland’s typical home – ‘the three-bed semi’ - to find that the average price of this type of house in Irish towns and cities rose by just over 20 per cent last year. The only county that registered a slow-down was Dublin, which fell by almost 7 per cent in Q4 2014.
