Homes within an over-50s development comprising 28 apartments at the Knightsbrook Golf & Country Resort have been put on sale by Hora Property Consultants. With the trade-down market in mind, the two-bedroom apartments, located in Trim, Co Meath, are around 50 per cent larger than your typical two-bed apartment, with between 100 and 112 square metres of living space. Penthouse apartments in the scheme have 171 square metres of living space.

Belltree, Clongriffin,Dublin 13

Sherry FitzGerald is handling the sale of five types of three-bedroom home in Belltree, Clongriffin, Dublin 13. Already under construction, the Nama-funded development ranges in price from €295,000 to €360,000, with the schemes having between 112 and 140 square metres of living space.

Close to Clongriffin Dart station and the villages of Malahide, Baldoyle, Sutton and Howth, 40 homes are currently on sale, with showhouses open for viewing today.

Around 110 homes were sold last autumn as part of the first phase of the development, which is being built by Gannon Homes.

Coming to the market next year

DNG’s new homes division will be handling the sale of several new schemes in early 2017, ranging from a docklands apartment complex to large developments in Rathfarnham and Terenure.

On Barrow Street, Bolands Quay will offer 41 residential units including apartments, duplexes and penthouses in a 15-storey tower at the centre of a new development on the site of the former Boland’s Mill, and at the heart of the area widely dubbed Silicon Docks.

A small, exclusive development of three, four and five-bedroom houses and apartments on Mount Anville Road, Dublin 14 will also be launched.

Knockrabo will comprise homes set amid 20 acres of the elevated parkland just opposite Mount Anville School.

In Rathfarnham, Odin’s Way off Taylor’s Lane will see 30 three-bedroom houses with studies, off-street parking and A-rated energy efficiency go on the market. The scheme is just opposite the Grange Golf Club.

Finally, 51 homes – ranging from three-bedroom houses, two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom duplexes – will go on sale at the beginning of the year in the Terenure Gate development on Terenure Road West in Dublin 6W.Prices are yet to be announced.
