Lisney has decided to bring its city centre car park off Baggot Street and Fitzwilliam Square in Dublin 2 to the market at a guide of in excess of €1.6 million.
The agency ceased using the car park, which it has owned for more than 30 years, when it moved to its penthouse headquarters offices in St Stephen’s Green House, where it recently signed a new long-term lease.
