Iroko ZEN snaps up Waterford Woodie’s site for €9.8 million
Acquisition is French investor’s fifth of the year and comes with a 25-year term expiring in June 2032
French investor Iroko ZEN has concluded its fifth acquisition this year in the Irish investment market, recently closing the sale of Woodie’s, Cork Road in Waterford city, for €9.8 million.
The property comprises a large high bay retail warehouse extending to 4,277 square metres (gross internal area), and is let to Woodie’s DIY with a guarantor from Grafton Group PLC on a 25-year term from June 2007, expiring in June 2032.
