Griffin group hotels to be powered by new €750,000 solar farm

Phase one of the brand new 10-acre Monart Solar Farm will offset the entire energy demand of Monart Destination Spa at peak

The Griffin Hotel Group, which includes the exclusive, adult only spa at Monart, the Kilkenny Hotel and the Ferrycarrig Hotel in Wexford, is set to be powered by the brand-new 10-acre Monart Solar Farm at a cost of €750,000.

Phase one of the solar farm has been completed and is now operational on the grounds of the adjacent multi-award-winning Monart Destination Spa in Co Wexford.
