Cascading waterfalls, natural Irish timber and cut and polished Connemara marble lift a sustainable project to landmark status
The irony is not lost that Dublin’s latest landmark building, and arguably one of its greenest and most sustainable buildings, was built on the site of the former Toyota Ireland showrooms.
Yet is might surprise some that this six-storey, Grade A office headquarters, a beacon of sustainability and innovation that is Glencar House on the Merrion Road in Dublin 4 was built by the same family behind the Japanese auto centre that came before it.
