Dublin’s commercial property market performs better than ‘New York and Tokyo’

Dublin’s commercial property market outperformed some of the biggest investment markets in the world in the 12 months to the end of June. When allowance is made for Dublin’s smaller population, it could be considered to have performed better than New York and Tokyo.
