Coalition will pursue Water Charge arrears

The coalition believes the campaign against water charges now contains nobody who will ever vote for them. So they will vigorously pursue arrears.

Estimating the size of crowds in public places is an imprecise exercise at best. When the estimators have clear interest in either inflating or deflating the size of the crowd, the numbers are even more unreliable.
