Standing in front of a field of cows, Michael O’Dowd calls on the independent MEP Luke ‘Ming’ Flanagan to apologise to the Irish people.

“On the most important question to face these islands since the Good Friday Agreement, Ming Flanagan got it wrong,” O’Dowd says. “Luke got his way and Britain voted to leave the European Union.”
