Migration is still a massive issue in this year’s elections in Europe, and it remains central to British Brexit negotiations

So Vince Cable, the former British business secretary, thinks a united Ireland is inevitable because of Brexit.

“The permeability of the Irish border must lead to a united Ireland in Europe,” he writes in the current edition of the New Statesman.
