Greystar, a multibillion-dollar US residential fund, is prompting prospective tenants in Ireland to provide their PPS numbers, salary data and proof of earnings ahead of viewing a property.
The company operates the Quayside Quarter and Griffith Wood rental developments in Dublin. Two-bed apartments in Quayside Quarter cost between €3,320 and €3,575 a month, with a three-bed apartment renting for €5,030 a month.
