Ulster Bank is to pay an €800 million dividend to NatWest Holdings, its parent company, as part of the bank’s ongoing withdrawal from the Irish market.

This is the first time the bank has paid a dividend to its UK shareholders since announcing its withdrawal from Ireland in 2021.
