Planning appeals lodged by two county Meath residents are part of an attempt to bring a developer “to heel” and coerce a higher price in a land sale, the High Court has heard.

Aiden Redmond, SC for Glenveagh Homes, told Mr Justice Richard Humphreys that it was “risible” to suggest that the actions of Pat Lynch and Denise Leavy were done to protect their lawful interests.
