State moves to close EU case over controversial Galway wind farm

Fines relating to Derrybrien development total €13 million since 2019

The state has moved to close an infringement case over the controversial Derrybrien wind farm development in Co Galway for which it is still paying millions of euro in fines to the European Commission.
