Adrian McGennis is chief executive of Sigmar Recruitment Group, a position he has held since 2008. Established in 2002, Sigmar employs 125 people at six offices in Ireland and one in London. The firm offers recruitment services for permanent and temporary roles across a range of sectors. It operates primarily in the Irish market and has 100 clients in overseas markets including Britain, France, Germany and the US. Earlier this month, Sigmar announced that it had entered into a strategic partnership with French recruitment venture Groupe Adéquat. The partnership will be structured through a staged equity investment over a five-year period that will see Groupe Adéquat take majority interest.
