Ryanair welcomes ruling rejecting claims of commercial prejudice from On the Beach

Airline says it ‘strongly objects’ to online travel agent selling its flights

Ryanair has welcomed a Court of Appeal ruling which rejected claims from online travel agent On the Beach that the airline was prejudiced against it.

The ruling, which described On the Beach’s case as “really very weak”, according to a Ryanair statement, will allow Ryanair to progress with it’s legal action seeking to prohibit the agency from selling its flights.
