Profits surge to almost €26m at recruitment firm CPL on back of post-Covid hiring bonanza

The Irish-based recruitment firm is aiming to double in size over the coming years through a number of strategic acquisitions

CPL Resources, the Irish based recruitment company, saw its profits surge last year on the back of the post-Covid hiring spree that gripped the tech sector in particular.

Newly filed accounts with the companies office show CPL, which is owned by Japanese recruitment giant Outsourcing, recorded pre-tax profits of close to €26 million for 2022 – a 62 per cent increase on the previous year.
