More time for businesses to agree debt repayments as deadline extended
Revenue said it will keep its phone lines open until Friday to allow firms more time to agree repayment plans for warehoused debt
Businesses have been given extra days to agree a payment plan on their warehoused debt as Revenue will keep its phone lines open until Friday.
Firms were expected to have agreed a phased payment arrangement for their debt by Wednesday, May 1. However, given the rush of applications in the last number of days Revenue has said it will continue to work on the plans until May 3 at 16:30.
