Profits jump 18 per cent at Belfast-based Kainos

Belfast-headquartered IT company Kainos has reported profit before tax of £54.3 million in the 12 months to March 31, up 18 per cent on the prior year.

Kainos provides digital technology services and platforms to customers that include the National Health Service (NHS).

Revenue at the group increased 24 per cent year-on-year to £374.8 million, according to annual results from the company. The company said over one third of this revenue was generated internationally.
