Permanent TSB completes acquisition of €6.75 billion of Ulster Bank assets

Permanent TSB (PTSB) has finished the acquisition of around €6.75 billion of Ulster Bank assets with the completion of the final migration of the Lombard asset finance business of Ulster Bank Ireland.

The Lombard business has now started trading as Permanent TSB Asset Finance, according to a statement from the lender.

Permanent TSB Asset Finance is currently made up of around 23,000 agreements with a value of about €500 million. These agreements are connected to ...
