Investment firms from the UK and US have taken a majority stake in group in a deal valued at hundreds of millions of euros
The Dean Hotel Group, the hotel real estate firm owned by Paddy McKillen jnr, has agreed to sell a majority stake to international investment funds based in the UK and US.
