Nephin founder joins rival firm that is suing distiller

The legal fallout from the boardroom dispute at Nephin Whiskey has continued after the settling of a bitter shareholder oppression case, as one of the founders has now joined a rival company that is currently suing Nephin over unpaid bills.

Mark Quick, who founded Nephin along with Paul and Jude Davis, has recently been appointed managing director of Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ireland, the company’s website shows.
