Microsoft to cut 60 more Irish staff as tech layoffs continue

The US tech giant already announced last month that 120 of its Irish workforce will lose their jobs

Microsoft said it would reduce its global workforce by 5 per cent.

Microsoft is cutting 60 more staff at its Irish operations, as part of a wave of redundancies at large tech companies.

This is the second time layoffs have been confirmed at the company, after it was revealed last month that it would cut 120 of its workers here.
