Company behind five-star hotel says it expects post-pandemic resurgence of business after loss of almost €650k last year
The five-star Merrion Hotel in Dublin has insisted it can recover from the pandemic after its sales fell to their lowest level in four years in 2021.
The business, previously part-owned by Lochlainn Quinn, a former chairman of AIB and ESB, reported a €649,742 loss in the year, according to accounts filed with the Companies Registration Office (CRO).
