Once, Waterford was a byword for recession. Waterford Crystal closed with the loss of 1,500 jobs. Another 575 went when the Talk Talk call centre shut down. But now, with the help of a former inter-county hurler, Saudi oil money and a new greenway, the Déise is on the cusp of a dramatic turnaround. So what lessons are there for other counties?
