LDA to build 2,300 homes on north Dublin land in €44m deal with Nama

The Land Development Agency (LDA) has paid €44 million for a large tract of land in Clongriffin that has the capacity for more than 2,300 homes.
The 13.2 hectares of land, spread across two sites beside Clongriffin railway station in Dublin 13, has been acquired from the the National Asset Management Agency (Nama).
