6 in 10 business leaders feel legislation for corporate crime is not sufficient, new data shows

Six in ten business leaders believe that Ireland is not adequately legislated to tackle corporate crime, according to a new study.

Research by Mason Hayes & Curran also found that four in ten felt inadequately resourced to deal with corporate enforcement actions such as dawn raids, search warrants of production orders.
