DAA boss says 32 million cap is insufficient to meet demands of a growing population and airlines are being turned away
Ireland is “missing out” on new airline connections because of the imposition of the 32 million passenger cap at Dublin Airport, DAA boss Kenny Jacobs has said.
Speaking on Thursday night, Jacobs said many airline bosses are in Dublin this week meeting with airline leasing companies and have expressed a desire to fly into the Irish capital, but can’t because of the cap.
