INM launches legal proceedings against former chief executive

Independent News and Media (INM) has launched legal proceedings against its former chief executive Robert Pitt following extensive data privacy issues and legal wranglings at the company. The proceedings were initiated on Friday by INM’s lawyers McCann FitzGerald. A spokesperson for the publicly listed media group said the company had no comment to make on the latest legal strike.
