An increase in passenger charges will allow Dublin Airport to have a “fantastic infrastructure programme that will make the terminals better” and allow the DAA to give passengers “outstanding standards,” Kenny Jacobs, head of the airport authority, has said.

Currently the airport charge in Dublin means the DAA can hire about 700 people in security, Jacobs said in a LinkedIn post.
